Samuel who has been looking high and low for a new guitar, finally found his guitar at Guitar Store. Samuel who is from Kota Kinabalu and speaks Hakka found us through a friend and after checking out and surveying other store, he decided to purchase his dream guitar at guitar store.
Damien a friend of Eddy who bought the B50 recommended his friend who is looking for a an acoustic pickup to capture more of the sounds on the top. After reading the reviews and checking out the sounds (we have a one installed) he bought one right away.
Ivan, who has purchased a sets of Blackouts pickups from us decided to upgrade his multi effects system and decided to take the Line POD X3 Live. After testing it he growled “This is the one!”.
Thiru a friend of Imran came to our store to find a cheap and good bass. He came across the AXL Bass which is a beginner’s bass. He start taking lessons in Guitar Collection but he liked our service and purchase the bass in our store.
By the way he also bought one of the cheapest bass amp, the Smarvo BS2158.
Din a regular customer decided to learn the songs of Dragonforce. So he enlisted our help to order the Digitech Whammy.
Eddie has been looking for a new guitar last week and has found a similar guitar at a much cheaper price and contemplating which he should buy. After trying out the other he came back yesterday and try it out one more time and decided to take up the Norman B50. This is him with his friend.
Aaron a friend of Captain Benny Wong came to look for an acoustic guitar and so I recommend them the Norman B18 Cedar wit Fishman Pickup. After choosing and picking up he finally found what he wanted.

Neil who has an Les Paul and wanted to play some synthesizer sound bought a Roland GR-20 and installed the GK2A. However the tracking is not too accurate and therefore he came in to bought a Godin Freeway SA.
Prem came in a few days ago looking for an acoustic guitar not more than RM 600.00 However Farida D8 is out of stock and therefore I recommended him the Norman B18, one thing led to another when he saw the Norman B20 and he fell in love with it. However it was above his budget and he needed time to think. Nevertheless I gave him a good deal if he decide to take that day. After 2 days of thinking he came back and bought it. Hope he enjoys it and we are kind enough to give him the deal 2 days ago.
Josh Lee and his family came in to our store to have his guitars strings changed. However one thing led to another when he enquired why his guitars strings are hard to press and after explaining and showing him the Norman B18 Cedar, he realised that a good guitar has really good playability especially the bar chords. But Josh who is very cautious about money (which is a good thing) wants to think about it came back after lunch and purchased it. Alan from Sandakan frequents to KL for work related matters. Some time ago, he came to our store to look for a guitar, this time around he found what he wanted, the Lee Guitar (Mayday Signature Model). In fact, I even send it to his hotel at Grand Millenium. This is him testing the guitar at 10:30pm at the lobby of the Grand Millenium.
Megan a friend of Joshua came to look for an acoustic guitar of a budget of RM 1200.00 After checking other stores, they decided to drop by to our store to check out the Normans. After knowing we are giving out a special prize for this limited time, she immediately agreed. When they sang Lucky, I cannot believe she has a great voice!
Alex who is into diving for a living, plans to take up a new hobby. He decided to take up guitar class. In the first day, he bought his first guitar Norman Guitar. He chose this because he wants something which is easy to play and good sounding.
Chi meng who is a great friend of Altered Frequency David Gary is looking for a tuner who can tune his G & L tribute Bass quickly. After checking out he purchased the unit smiling. Hehe
The Goh Family came to our store today and wants to enquire a bas beginner guitar for his son who wants to started learning guitar. They saw another China Brand and they decided to look for a better one. After trying out and listening to the sound, the son fell in love with it, and decided to take the Norman B20. Now he even wants to learn the guitar with us at Hartamas. Oh I forgot to check up on the ukulele for his sister.
Radin who has been shopping for a second guitar has been trying out various guitars. In fact he has been to many stores and trying out different sizes and shapes, and finally decided on the Samick Guitar.
Phoebe who has bought an amp has been learning with Kamal ever since. She has an old viking but the sound of the pickup and the playability is not up to it. She came in to repair a broken string but after sitting down and trying out the Godin SD, his father decided to buy for her. Now wouldnt you say that she has the world’s greatest dad. I am so envy of her!
